Our processing facility, AIB certified with a rating of Superior, is capable of cleaning, grinding, blending and packaging. The addition of Sesame Solutions, LLC, our U.S. based sesame processing plant, allows us flexibility in effectively managing price, supply and quality risk with exclusive access to the U.S. sesame crop.
Processing Capabilities
Seed and Spice Cleaning – Our seeds and spices are sized, aspirated and separated to the highest level of purity.Spice Grinding – Our spice grinding ranges from 6 mesh to 80 mesh and can be specifically tailored to your needs.
Seed and Grain Milling – Our seed and grain milling capabilities range from coarse to fine grinding.
Custom Blending – We offer a wide variety of custom seed and spice mixtures ranging from standard blends to special recipe custom orders.
Custom Packaging – We are capable of packaging products using jugs, boxes or bags ranging in size from 1 to 50 pounds.Quality Control
All incoming raw materials are evaluated and approved, including microbiological testing, for purity and quality before use. Outgoing products are evaluated for moisture, purity and quality as well as metal detected in our facility. Our metal detection process involves three metal detectors tested to a sensitivity standard of 2.0 mm stainless metal detection.Distribution
In addition to our central location just outside of Chicago, we maintain distribution centers in the Northeast, the Southeast, the West Coast, and the Midwest.
